Duties
Oversee the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow across all departments
Supervise clinical and administrative staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations
Manage scheduling to optimize patient flow and staff coverage while minimizing wait times
Coordinate with medical professionals to ensure adherence to clinical protocols and quality standards
Handle budgeting responsibilities, including expense tracking, supply management, and resource allocation
Support human resources functions such as hiring, onboarding, and resolving staff issues

Qualification




Proven experience in medical office management with a robust understanding of clinic operations
Demonstrated supervising experience in healthcare settings with team leadership skills
Proficiency in electronic medical records systems such as Jane App.
Experience with budgeting, financial management, and resource planning within a healthcare environment
Familiarity with human resources practices including staff recruitment and performance management
Robust organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a rapid-paced setting
Excellent communication skills to liaise with staff, patients, and external providers
