Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated, reliable and compassionate child caregiver (nanny) to provide quality care in a private home setting for our three children. This role involves supporting our children's daily routines, fostering their development, and ensuring a secure and stimulating environment. The ideal candidate will bring enthusiasm for caregiving, experience working with children, and a proactive approach to creating a positive atmosphere for the children’s growth and well-being.

Responsibilities
Prepare kid friendly meals and snacks, including meal planning and possibly family cooking.
Assist with daily routines such as dressing, bathing, homework help, and bedtime.
Engage children in educational activities, play, teaching moments, and developmental exercises to promote learning and growth.
Maintain a clean and organized workplace by performing regular cleaning tasks related to children’s spaces and belongings. No deep cleaning required.
Monitor children’s safety at all times.
Driving children to and from activities as required with own vehicle.




Communicate regularly with parents about daily activities, progress, and any concerns that arise while on the job.

Qualifications
Experience working with children an asset.
Strong skills in cooking and meal preparation suitable for children’s nutritional requirements.
Ability to perform cleaning duties related to child care areas.
Compassionate, patient, energetic, and fun attitude toward caregiving.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with parents and other caregivers. Able to communicate over text message in English.
Own reliable vehicle and valid Canadian drivers license an asset.
Relevant certifications in caregiving or child development are a plus but not mandatory.
