Duties
Supervise daily restaurant activities, ensuring smooth operations during your shift
Lead, motivate, and support team members to deliver outstanding food service and hospitality
Manage food preparation and cooking processes to uphold quality standards
Oversee cash handling procedures, including Micros POS transactions and register reconciliation
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling practices
Assist with interviewing, onboarding, and training new staff members to build a solid team




Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels

Requirements
Proven supervising or team management experience within the food service or restaurant industry
Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards
Experience with POS systems such as Micros or similar platforms for order processing and cash handling
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred; barista or hotel experience is a plus
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to interview, train, and develop team members effectively
