Job Overview

We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Hostess to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing reservations, and ensuring a positive dining experience.
Duties
Greet guests as they arrive and thank them as they leave
Manage seating arrangements
Provide menus to Guests
Communicate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
Maintain cleanliness in the host area and lobby
Assist with to-go orders and package items for customers
Qualifications
Previous experience in a restaurant, hospitality, or hotel setting is preferred
Familiarity with POS systems is a plus
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
Ability to work well under pressure during busy times
Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Job Type: Part time

Pay: $15.00-$20.00 per hour
