On behalf of our Government Services client, Procom is searching for a Project Manager/Leader - Senior (Product Manager) for a 6-month role. This position is onsite 5 days a week at our client’s Toronto office.

The recent Project Manager/Leader - Senior (Product Manager) role involves managing a critical project focused on product management and lifecycle management within the Government Services Integration Cluster. This is an opportunity to work on high-profile government projects and engage with cross-functional teams and stakeholders in a energetic workplace.

Project Manager/Leader - Senior (Product Manager) - Responsibilities:
Provide project management on large scale, complex, high profile, and high-risk projects for OPS I⁢ initiatives.
Ensure project deliverables meet clients’ business requirements on time, scope, and budget.
Coordinate cross-functional teams for product delivery.
Formulate business and technical requirements, solve business problems, and define product visions and goals.
Manage multi-year, multi-million budget projects, including stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and scope control.





Project Manager/Leader - Senior (Product Manager) - Mandatory Skills:
Proven experience in product planning and lifecycle management.
Skilled in defining and executing product vision and strategy.
Ability to gather and prioritize customer and business requirements.
Proficient in creating and managing detailed product roadmaps.
Experience with OPS project assessments (e.g., TRA, PIA) and financial analysis for multi-year projects.
Skilled in managing project life cycles using tools like Jira, Trello, Microsoft Project, Kanban, and Azure DevOps.

Project Manager/Leader - Senior (Product Manager) – Nice-to-Have Skills:
Prior OPS/Public sector experience.

Project Manager/Leader - Senior (Product Manager) – Assignment Length:
This is a 6-month contract position.
