Join our energetic team as an Industrial Sanitation & Cleaning Associate, where your energy and attention to detail will play a vital role in maintaining a safe, clean, and compliant environment. In this essential role, you will be responsible for executing thorough cleaning and sanitation procedures across manufacturing and processing areas, ensuring that facilities meet strict health and safety standards. Duties
Perform routine cleaning and sanitation of production equipment, floors, walls, and work surfaces using appropriate cleaning agents and tools
Follow established cleaning schedules and protocols to ensure all areas are maintained to regulatory standards
Use specialized cleaning equipment such as scrubbers, pressure washers, or vacuums to efficiently complete sanitation tasks
Assist in the proper disposal of waste materials and hazardous substances in accordance with safety guidelines
Maintain detailed records of cleaning activities, including logs of sanitation procedures performed and areas cleaned




Collaborate with team members to identify sanitation needs and promptly address any cleanliness issues or contamination risks
Adhere to all safety procedures, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), to ensure a safe working environment

Experience
Prior custodial or commercial cleaning experience preferred, especially within industrial or manufacturing settings
Familiarity with industrial sanitation practices and cleaning chemicals is advantageous
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while following detailed instructions
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
Physical stamina to perform repetitive cleaning tasks, lift heavy objects, and stand for extended periods
