We are seeking a dedicated Front of House Manager to lead our restaurant team. Responsibilities
Oversee daily front-of-house operations to ensure smooth service.
Lead and motivate the restaurant team to deliver exceptional customer service.
Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and guest relations.
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
Train and supervise staff to maintain high performance levels.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Monitor sales performance and optimize service efficiency.
Collaborate with kitchen management to ensure seamless coordination.
Qualifications




Proven leadership and team management skills within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
Robust knowledge of food safety standards and restaurant operations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with POS systems .
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
Previous supervisory or managerial experience in a fast-paced restaurant setting.
Knowledge of food preparation, customer service, and hospitality best practices.
Bilingual abilities are considered an asset but are not mandatory.
