OMAC Martial Arts is currently seeking a reliable and responsible Afterschool Program Driver to join our team.

This part-time position is a great fit for retirees, stay-at-home parents, or anyone looking for a adaptable part time position with weekday afternoon hours.

Responsibilities
Pick up students from designated elementary schools at dismissal and safely transport them to our OMAC Martial Arts facility.
Follow the assigned daily pickup route and schedule.
Safely communicate with OMAC staff regarding any unexpected student absences at pickup that have not been reported in advance.

Drivers will be provided with their designated route, schedule, and pickup information in advance.

Requirements
Valid Ontario G driver's licence with a clean driving record.
Must provide a Vulnerable Sector Check upon hiring.
Must provide a current MTO Driver's Abstract.
Reliable, punctual,



and comfortable working with children.
Strong communication and time-management skills.

Schedule

This is a part time, Monday to Friday position during the school year (September - June).

Routes typically run for approximately 1.5–2 hours per day, with start times ranging from approximately 2:15 PM to 3:00 PM, depending on the assigned route.

Schedules may occasionally change due to early dismissal days, PA Days, school closures, or statutory holidays.

Job Type: Part-time

Expected Hours: Approximately 10 hours per week

Pay: $45.00 per day

Experience:
Driving: 5 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:
Driving Licence (required)
