Receptionist – Full time / Part-Time

Pay: CA$16.00 – CA$18.00 per hour

We are looking for a reliable, professional, and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate is organized, confident, has excellent communication skills, and can provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally.
Take accurate messages and redirect calls to the appropriate individual or department.
Operate a multi-line phone and paging system.
Provide a welcoming and professional first point of contact for customers.
Provide coverage for sick days and vacation periods as required.
Communicate effectively with customers, staff, and management.
Maintain a skilled and positive attitude at all times.
Manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
Support the dealership team with general reception duties as required.

Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of reception experience preferred.




Previous experience working within a dealership is an asset.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Solid organizational and time-management skills.
Highly detailed and able to follow through on tasks.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced workplace.
Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Robust team player who can anticipate the needs of others.
Professional, friendly, and customer-service focused.
A good sense of humor is definitely an asset!

Schedule

Full-Time / Part-Time opportunities available.

Scheduling will include Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM–8:00 PM, and every second Saturday, 8:30 AM–6:00 PM, with additional hours available for vacation and sick-day coverage as needed.

Wage: $16.00–$18.00 per hour, based on experience.
