F&I; Manager – High Volume Dealership (Emerald Motors – Blaine, WA)

Location: Blaine, WA (5 mins from border – we can support Canadian applicants with work visas)
Compensation: $120,000 – $250,000+ (uncapped, performance-based)

About Us

Emerald Motors is a fast-growing, high-volume independent dealership and part of the REM Group of Companies. We’re pushing toward 100+ units/month with robust inventory, aggressive pricing, and serious growth.

We’re not a slow store. We move metal, and we expect our F&I; department to keep up.

What You’ll Do
Handle all finance and insurance for retail deals
Work with 40+ lenders (CUDL, Capital One, Ally, etc.)
Present menus and close backend products (VSC, GAP, etc.)
Structure deals for approvals across all credit tiers
Maximize backend gross while maintaining compliance
Work closely with sales desk to push finance penetration

What We’re Looking For
Proven F&I; experience (high-volume preferred)
Strong closer – confident presenting and overcoming objections
Experience with subprime + prime lending
Clean record (required)




Canadian applicants welcome (Surrey/Lower Mainland ideal)
Nexus is a bonus (not required)
