Responsibilities
Operate POS systems and Micros POS terminals efficiently for order processing and cash handling
Assist guests with food ordering, serving, and providing friendly customer service
Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are maintained throughout food handling and preparation
Manage time effectively to handle multiple tasks during busy periods while maintaining high-quality service
Support food preparation activities in the kitchen, adhering to health regulations and safety protocols




Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, kitchen stations, and sanitation areas in compliance with health standards

Qualifications
Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred but not required; enthusiasm is key!
Knowledge of POS systems, Micros POS experience is a plus
Robust customer service skills with a friendly, approachable attitude
Ability to handle cash accurately and perform basic math calculations quickly
Understanding of food safety practices and proper sanitation procedures
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during peak hours
Experience in food handling, serving, or hospitality roles is advantageous but not mandatory
