Job Summary

We are a solo general dental practice team in need for one more member to join us, liaising between the front reception and the clinical side. We work Monday to Thursday; no weekends.

If you have dental / medical experience, customer service skills, positive work ethics, our office is a great place to meet your calling and make a difference.

Duties
Greet patients warmly and efficiently manage check-in and check-out processes using dental practice management software such as Dentrix or Epic.
Schedule appointments accurately, confirm upcoming visits, and manage patient records with attention to detail.
Maintain a clean and sterile clinical workplace in compliance with health regulations.
Handle phone inquiries professionally, providing information about treatments and appointment availability.
Manage patient files, insurance documentation,



and billing processes with transparency and accuracy.
Support the dental team with administrative tasks such as inventory management of dental supplies.

Skills
Experience with dental practice management software such as Dentally is an asset.
Robust knowledge of dental terminology.
Excellent communication skills to serve as an effective dental receptionist and patient advocate.

Pay: $21.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24.0 – 32.0 per week
