Duties
Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm, highlighting daily specials and upselling opportunities
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Toast, ensuring timely and efficient service
Serve food and drinks with professionalism, maintaining high standards of food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols
Manage multiple tables effectively through excellent time management skills, ensuring all guests receive prompt attention
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and cash handling procedures
Assist in food preparation and kitchen communication to ensure orders are correct and delivered promptly




Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, utensils, and service stations in compliance with food safety standards

Qualifications
Previous food service or restaurant experience is preferred; familiarity with the food industry enhances your ability to excel in this role
Smart Serve Certification
Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that creates a welcoming atmosphere for guests
Ability to manage time effectively during busy hours while maintaining attention to detail in food handling and guest interactions
Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, billing, and upselling techniques
Understanding of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food preparation procedures
Experience in hospitality or serving roles is an advantage; a passion for delivering guest services makes you stand out
