Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented CNC Laser Operator to join our agile manufacturing team. In this role, you will operate state-of-the-art CNC laser cutting equipment to produce high-quality metal components. Your expertise will ensure accurate execution of complex designs, contributing to our reputation for excellence in metal fabrication.

Duties
Set up and operate CNC laser cutting machines for flat sheet and tube materials with precision and efficiency
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate production
Perform routine maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting on laser equipment to maintain optimal performance
Conduct quality inspections using calipers and other hand tools to verify dimensions and tolerances
Assist with material handling using cranes,



forklifts, or other mechanical equipment as needed
Support assembly processes by preparing cut parts for downstream operations

Requirements
Proven experience operating CNC laser cutting machines
Mechanical knowledge with the ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately
Familiarity with CNC programming software and basic math skills for setup adjustments
Ability to use hand tools like calipers for quality inspection and measurement tasks
Knowledge of safety procedures in a metal fabrication facility
Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality assurance in manufacturing processes

Pay: $20.00-$26.00 per hour
