What you'll do...

- Maintain Self Checkout Area Standards: Maintains a clean, safe, and organized self checkout area, ensuring it remains free of fixtures, unnecessary debris, foreign objects, and spills.
- Promote Walmart Programs and Initiatives: Supports the promotion of company sponsored programs, including credit card services, product protection plans, and charitable initiatives, when applicable.
- Support Customers at Self Checkout: Helps customers use self checkout quickly and confidently by offering assistance when needed, monitoring activity, and completing required checks. Clearly explain any interventions in a friendly, reassuring way and escalates cash or technical issues to the Customer Service Manager.
- Respond to EAS Alerts and Complete Documentation: Responds to EAS alarms in accordance with procedures and accurately completes the “Failure to Deactivate” log.
- Manage Scan & Go Equipment: Ensures Scan & Go scanners are returned to their designated storage locations after use.
- Flexibility (Availability/Work Schedule): Be open to working a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays,



based on business needs. Your adaptability helps ensure the store runs smoothly and customers receive consistent, high-quality service.

- Performs physical tasks such as standing for extended periods, bending, and lifting inventory, equipment, or supplies weighing up to 20 lbs., and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
- Performs repetitive tasks such as stocking, zoning, and organizing products with attention to detail and consistency to uphold store standards.
