As an Accounts Payable Specialist at Triumph Group of Companies, you will be responsible for the complete accounts payable process, coordinating closely with contractors, vendors, and the finance team. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage full cycle accounts payable including payments and reconciliations

• Process 200 to 300 invoices weekly with precision
• Reconcile corporate credit cards and Visa statements
• Communicate directly with vendors to resolve inquiries
Requirements:
• 3 to 5 years of A/P experience, full cycle preferred
• Robust skills in ERP software and Excel
• Experience in construction is a plus
• Diploma or degree in finance/accounting beneficial
• Detail oriented and organized in managing invoices
