Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled 309A Electrician and Senior Apprentice to join our commercial and industrial electrical team. This role involves installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting electrical systems across commercial and industrial sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in electrical work, including low and high voltage systems, and be capable of reading schematics and blueprints. This position offers an opportunity to work on diverse projects, from construction sites to complex electrical installations, with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency.

Duties
Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems in commercial and industrial environments, adhering to NEC standards.
Use hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment such as ohmmeters to diagnose electrical issues.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams for accurate installation and troubleshooting.
Work on low voltage and high voltage systems safely within construction sites or existing facilities.
Follow all safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations during all phases of work.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.




Maintain organized work areas and ensure all tools and materials are properly used and stored.

Requirements
Proven experience as an industrial or commercial electrician is highly preferred.
Knowledge of OEC codes, schematics reading, blueprint interpretation, and electrical theory.
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, ohmmeters, and other electrical testing equipment.
Experience working on industrial/commercial sites with a focus on safety practices.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Relevant certifications or licenses such as 309A certification are required or in progress for Senior Apprentice roles.
Physical ability to perform manual tasks including lifting heavy equipment and working at heights or confined spaces. This position is integral to ensuring the protected installation and maintenance of electrical systems across various projects while fostering skilled growth within the electrical trade.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$42.00 per hour
