Responsibilities
Prepare and assemble sandwiches according to established recipes and customer preferences, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation
Operate the Micros POS (Point of Sale) system efficiently for order processing, cash handling, and transaction accuracy
Manage time effectively to serve customers promptly during busy periods, ensuring minimal wait times
Uphold strict food safety and sanitation standards by following proper food handling procedures and cleaning protocols
Assist with inventory management by restocking ingredients and supplies as needed to keep the station organized and ready for service
Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions about menu items,



and upselling additional products to enhance their experience
Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment in compliance with health regulations and restaurant policies

Experience
Previous food preparation or food service experience is preferred but not required; we provide comprehensive training for all new team members
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar is a plus
Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours
Experience in cashiering or cash handling enhances your ability to manage transactions accurately
Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices is highly valued in maintaining a safe workspace
Restaurant or food industry background helps in understanding the rapid-paced nature of the role and delivering excellent service
Ability to communicate clearly with team members and customers while demonstrating enthusiasm for serving excellent food
