We are looking for an energetic, motivated, and customer-focused Recreation Sales & Marketing Coordinator to oversee our sales floor and help grow our business through effective marketing and customer engagement.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, has solid sales skills, and is comfortable managing online marketing platforms such as websites and social media.

Duties
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and increase market share.
Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities.
Build and maintain solid relationships with clients through exceptional customer service.
Conduct outside sales activities, including client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials that resonate with target audiences.




Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing leads, and reporting on performance metrics.
Provide technical support and product knowledge to customers, ensuring they understand the value of our offerings.

Qualifications
Previous sales experience preferred
Robust communication and customer service skills
Experience with Facebook Business Pages and social media marketing
Basic website management skills
Self-motivated and organized
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of recreational products and services is an asset

Experience:
sales: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:
Driving Licence (preferred)
