Summary

As a Warehouse Coordinator, you will be essential in managing the flow of goods within our distribution centre. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will utilize your core skills in warehouse distribution, shipping & receiving, and order fulfillment to ensure efficient operations. Your premium skills warehouse management systems will enhance productivity, while your organizational and analytical skills will support inventory accuracy and process improvements.

This is a 18-month contract position to cover a maternity leave.

Responsibilities:

Main Activities:
Ensuring that staff utilise appropriate procedures and secure practices.
Support all warehousing activities
Coordination of shipping/receiving activities
Point of contact for material queries and problem solving for customers
Ensure inventory management activities are performed in compliance with procedures
Office coordination responsibilities to promote an productive work flow




Review orders for accuracy and cross reference with packing lists
Send reports and book appointments
Other duties as required

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Knowledge:
warehouse management systems
