We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our cleaning operations and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate the daily cleaning schedules for guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure timely and thorough service
Train and mentor housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and hospitality standards
Conduct regular inspections of assigned areas to uphold cleanliness, safety, and quality standards
Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper usage and timely replenishment
Address guest requests or concerns related to housekeeping promptly and professionally
Enforce health and safety regulations related to industrial cleaning and custodial practices
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and a seamless guest experience

Requirements




Proven experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial services, with a solid understanding of hospitality standards
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
Knowledge of cleaning techniques, industrial cleaning equipment, and safety procedures
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in supervising multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong communication skills to effectively train staff and interact with guests or management
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends or holidays as needed
Prior experience in hospitality settings is highly preferred

Pay: From $22.75 per hour

Expected hours: 35.0 – 40.0 per week
