Job Title: Housekeeper / Environmental Services Aide (Healthcare & Community Staffing)
Location: Mississauga.
Job Type: Full-Time, Part-Time, Casual.
Timing: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Overview

We are seeking detail-oriented and compassionate Housekeepers to join our healthcare staffing roster. Our agency partners with a variety of locations, including retirement communities, long-term care homes, and private residences, to ensure their environments are clean, safe, and welcoming. We offer both steady full time schedules and the flexibility of picking up casual shifts that fit your lifestyle.

Duties
Perform daily cleaning of resident suites, private homes, or facility rooms (dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing bathrooms).
Clean and maintain high-traffic common areas, hallways, and public restrooms.
Empty and dispose of trash and recycling in a safe and sanitary manner.
Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or needed repairs to site management.
Interact warmly and respectfully with residents, clients, and facility staff.

Requirements




Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience (hotel, residential, or healthcare experience preferred).
High attention to detail and ability to work independently in current environments.
Must provide a clear Vulnerable Sector Police Check and a recent TB test.
Physical ability to push, pull, bend, and lift cleaning equipment (up to 25 lbs).
Reliable, punctual, and highly adaptable.
