Duties
Conduct engaging public speaking sessions to present program offerings and answer questions confidently
Guide prospective students through the admissions process, including application procedures and requirements
Utilize Ellucian (a widely-used student information system) to manage applicant data accurately and efficiently
Recruit new students by building relationships through outreach events, campus tours, and virtual information sessions
Collaborate with teaching staff to understand program details and ensure accurate information dissemination
Follow up with prospective applicants via phone, email, or in-person meetings to nurture their interest and address concerns




Maintain detailed records of interactions, applications, and follow-up activities to support recruitment goals

Experience
Proven experience in recruiting or student advising within an educational setting or similar environment
Strong public speaking skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences confidently
Familiarity with Ellucian or similar student management systems is highly desirable
Background in teaching or educational outreach enhances your ability to connect with prospective students
Excellent organizational skills for managing multiple inquiries and maintaining accurate records
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members and faculty

Pay: $36,000.00-$40,000.00 per year
