Assistant Superintendent required for a property management companies located in Peterborough and Oshawa. This is a live-in position, so you must relocate to building in Peterborough

There will be a 4 weeks period in which you must be able to travel to and from building prior to moving in.

Shift would be Mondays to Friday 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. (with emergency phone overnight until 8 am) and every other weekend. Compensation $30,000 per annum) which is applied against the rent for the unit.
