Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experianced Field Technician to join our team. In this role, you will support large mining and infrastructure projects with QC/QA services, ensuring the project is completed in accordance with the specifications to deliver a quality final product.
Responsibilities
Perform tasks using proper safety procedures
Read and understand project specifications and engineering drawings
Perform surveys using basic survey equipment up to total station and GPS RTK as required
Complete on site testing and collect samples as required
Ensure tools and equipment are kept in good working condition
Maintain collected data and paperwork in organized fashion
Behave in a professional and appropriate manner
Work with minimal supervision
Experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Must be legally able to work in Canada
Must have valid G drivers license
Must have certifications and experience in Concrete and Compaction testing - non qualified persons will not be considered
Comfortable using Microsoft office software
