We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Shift Supervisor to lead our retail team through dynamic daily operations. Responsibilities
Supervise daily store operations, including sales, merchandising, and customer interactions to ensure a positive shopping experience
Lead and motivate team members by providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to enhance their performance
Manage cash handling procedures, POS transactions, and payroll processing accurately and efficiently
Oversee inventory management tasks such as purchasing, pricing adjustments, stock replenishment, and merchandising displays
Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
Monitor store compliance with safety policies, cash handling protocols,



and operational procedures
Conduct interviews for potential recent hires, participate in recruiting efforts, and assist with onboarding processes

Experience
Proven supervising or team management experience in a retail or customer service setting
Robust knowledge of retail sales techniques, merchandising strategies, and POS systems
Demonstrated skills in negotiation, communication, and conflict resolution
Experience with payroll administration, bookkeeping, budgeting, and administrative tasks
Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus to better serve diverse customer bases
Familiarity with marketing initiatives and sales management practices
Ability to manage time effectively while multitasking in a fast-paced environment
