We’re looking for a licensed flat rate Body Technician capable of producing 300+ hours of quality repair work per month in a high-volume autobody shop. Repair vehicles efficiently to manufacturer standards and work closely with estimating, repair planning, and paint teams to meet completion dates.
Responsibilities
Review repair orders and verify parts before starting.
Complete structural and body repairs, welding, and parts replacement following manufacturer procedures.
Report additional damage and parts discrepancies to the Production Manager.
Complete QC checklists and take progress photos.
Maintain a positive, dependable, team-oriented approach.
Requirements
Licensed Body Technician; four or more years of experience preferred.
Proven ability to produce 300+ flat rate hours per month while maintaining quality.
Valid driver’s licence.
Robust time management and ability to work independently in a busy production environment.

Pay: $30.00-$34.00 per hour
Expected hours: 60.0 – 80.0 per week
