Vitreous Glass has an opening for 1 permanent full-time labourer. Duties include manually removing contaminants from glass cullet on a moving conveyor, general cleaning (sweeping/shovelling) inside and outside year round and occasional loading and unloading of trucks with a forklift. Overtime based on production levels per day. Vitreous offers benefits after 3 months of employment, RRSP matching program, TFSA program as well as a bonus program. Wage is competitive and TBD during the interview process.

This is a factory setting workplace with loud and hot conditions, standing for extended periods is required and can be physically demanding.

We are COR certified through Manufactures’ Health and Safety Association and all training and PPE required will be provided.
