The Role:

We are looking for a host to join our energetic and dynamic team. Our successful host will be able to guide our guests in the restaurant and organize the flow of service while delivering exceptional guest service.

We are happy to train the right candidate for this role.

What You’ll do:
Deliver excellent and engaging guest service, guiding our guests to create true connections to make memory moments with every dining experience for each of our guests
Provide a warm and welcoming first and last impression for our guests
Greet, seat and assist all guests in the restaurant
Ensure smooth operation of guest flow of the restaurant
Answer calls and inquiries in a warm and qualified manner
Follow restaurant policies, procedures and service standards
Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
Other duties as assigned

Problem solving abilities and efficient conflict resolution
Previous hosting experience in a similar establishment is an asset
Knowledge of TOCK systems is an asset
