Location: Dartmouth, Nova Scotia

Shift: 7am-3:30pm, Monday to Friday

Pay Rate: $18.31/hr

Job Overview

Nova Staffing is seeking a reliable and hardworking Cleaner to help maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse workplace for a client in Darmouth. The successful candidate will play an important role in ensuring returned materials are properly cleaned, warehouse areas remain tidy, and safety standards are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
Clean returned totes and empty returned coolers for re-use.
Perform daily gel pack rotation.
Sweep and maintain warehouse floors.
Wipe down shelves according to a rotational cleaning schedule.
Operate a cardboard baler/compactor safely and efficiently.
Collect and dispose of non-food waste in designated external waste receptacles.
Maintain a clean, organized, and secure work environment.
Follow all workplace health and safety procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements
Previous cleaning, sanitation,



maintenance, or general warehouse experience is considered an asset.
Strong team-oriented attitude and willingness to support coworkers.
Commitment to workplace safety and security.
Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
Successful completion of a criminal background check is required.
