Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Massage Therapist to join our dynamic wellness team. In this role, you will deliver personalized massage therapy treatments that promote relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being for our diverse clientele. Responsibilities
Conduct thorough client assessments to understand individual needs and develop tailored massage therapy plans
Perform qualified massage treatments using various techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, sports, or therapeutic massage
Maintain clear and compassionate communication with clients before, during, and after sessions to ensure comfort and satisfaction
Adhere to all health and safety protocols, including proper sanitation and hygiene standards
Keep detailed treatment records to monitor client progress and inform future sessions




Educate clients on self-care practices and recommend appropriate follow-up treatments or referrals when necessary
Stay current with industry best practices, certifications, and recent massage therapy techniques

Experience
Valid registration as a Massage Therapist with the CMTO
Demonstrated knowledge of medical terminology relevant to massage therapy and client health histories
Proven ability to provide excellent customer service with a friendly, professional demeanor
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
Prior experience in a clinical or spa setting is preferred but not mandatory

Pay: From $123.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 35.0 per week
