We are seeking a agile and detail-oriented Medical Receptionist to join our healthcare team! In this vital role, you will be the welcoming face of our Pediatric Dermatology clinic, managing front desk operations with enthusiasm and professionalism. Responsibilities
Greet patients warmly and efficiently check them in and out using electronic medical records systems such as Med Access and Jane
Schedule appointments accurately, reschedule as needed, and manage appointment calendars to optimize provider availability
Handle multi-line phone systems with confidence, directing calls, taking messages, and providing information to patients and staff
Maintain organized patient records, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations and updating information promptly
Assist with administrative tasks such as faxing, scanning documents,



and preparing correspondence for the medical team
Support the clinic’s daily operations by coordinating with medical staff to ensure a seamless patient experience

Skills
Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems
Solid understanding of medical terminology to accurately interpret patient needs and documentation
Previous experience as a receptionist or in a front-desk or customer-facing role
Excellent communication skills for front desk interactions, phone handling, and patient engagement
Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a busy office setting
Experience managing multi-line phone systems and performing administrative duties in healthcare environments
