We are assisting with recruitment for a well-established local electrical contractor who is looking for an experienced Electrical Estimator to join their team.

Responsibilities:
Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents
Prepare accurate labour, material, and equipment estimates
Complete electrical quantity take-offs
Obtain pricing from suppliers and subcontractors
Prepare competitive bids and proposals
Identify project risks, exclusions, and potential cost impacts
Work closely with project managers, suppliers, and customers

Qualifications:
3+ years of electrical estimating experience
Solid understanding of commercial and/or industrial electrical construction
Ability to read electrical drawings and specifications
Solid knowledge of electrical materials, labour, and installation costs
Proficient with Excel and estimating software
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Electrical trade or technical background is an asset

Pay: $80,000.00-$92,000.00 per year
