Responsibilities
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes efficiently.
Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, Ontraccr, Raken.
Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy to maintain up-to-date financial records.
Conduct account reconciliations to ensure consistency between internal records and external statements.
Analyze accounts to identify discrepancies or irregularities and resolve issues promptly.
Support budgeting activities by preparing reports and conducting account analysis.
Maintain compliance with financial policies and procedures while supporting audit preparations.




Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper financial documentation and reporting.

Experience
Proven experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles within a professional setting.
Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks,
Strong understanding of accounts payable/receivable processes and account reconciliation techniques.
Experience with payroll systems including Quickbooks.
Demonstrated ability in data entry with high accuracy and attention to detail.
Familiarity with financial services and budgeting processes.
Basic math skills essential for account analysis and financial reporting.
Prior experience working with multiple accounting platforms is a plus. Pay: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
