Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Lumber Yard Worker, where you will play a vital role in maintaining effective operations within our warehouse setting. This energetic position involves handling, organizing, and managing lumber and building materials to ensure smooth distribution and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Load and unload lumber and building materials using heavy equipment such as forklifts, and clamp trucks
Safely operate warehouse machinery including order pickers, forklifts
Manage shipping and receiving processes, ensuring accurate documentation and timely deliveries
Assist with order picking to fulfill customer requests accurately and promptly
Maintain organized storage areas, ensuring all materials are properly stacked and accessible for easy retrieval




Conduct routine inspections of equipment and warehouse safety protocols to prevent accidents
Support warehouse distribution activities by loading trucks, verifying inventory, and updating warehouse management systems
