We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Production Associate for a direct hire opportunity in Vaughan near Rutherford and Keele. As a Production Associate, you will support daily production by assembling components, operating machinery, checking product quality, and preparing finished goods for shipment. Key Responsibilities
Assemble parts and components according to production instructions,



specifications, and quality standards.
Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently in a busy manufacturing environment.
Monitor machines during operation and report equipment issues, defects, or malfunctions to a supervisor.
Perform basic quality checks, packing, labeling, sorting, and material movement as required.
Maintain a clean, organized, and protected work area while following all health and safety procedures.
Meet daily production targets while maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail.

Compensation and Advantages
Pay rate: $18.00 per hour.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
Overtime: Available after 40 hours per week.
Location: Vaughan, near Rutherford and Keele, L4K 5C2.
