Job Summary

Neighbour Express is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant to support daily parcel handling and warehouse operations. The successful candidate will assist with customer pickups, returned and exception parcels, inventory checks, parcel sorting, and driver loading.

Responsibilities
Process customer pickup parcels and returned parcels
Handle exception parcels, including failed deliveries, out-of-service-area shipments, and overweight parcels
Assist with locating missing or incorrectly sorted parcels
Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate warehouse records
Assist drivers with locating parcels and loading vehicles
Check parcel numbers, sorting areas, and stacking to ensure warehouse standards are followed
Maintain a clean, protected, and organized warehouse
Complete other daily warehouse duties as assigned

处理派送失败、超区、重量不合格等异常包裹
协助查找丢件及错区件
定期进行库存盘点并维护准确记录
协助司机找件及装车
检查包裹编号、分区及码放是否符合仓库操作标准
保持仓库环境整洁、安全、有序
完成主管安排的其他日常仓库工作

Qualifications
Mandarin proficiency is required
English communication skills are preferred
Responsible, detail-oriented, and dependable
Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word
Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred
Able to perform physical warehouse duties, including standing, moving parcels, and loading
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Must be legally eligible to work in Canada

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
