Job Overview

We are seeking a full-time Gardener to join our team, available immediately. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of plant identification, weed management, and general garden maintenance. This role focuses on keeping established garden beds clean, healthy, and well-maintained. The Gardener will work both independently and as part of a team to ensure outdoor spaces remain tidy and thriving.

Duties
Perform regular weeding and garden bed maintenance.
Identify and manage plant health issues as they arise.
Carry out seasonal clean-ups, mulching, and light pruning.
Operate and maintain gardening equipment safely and effectively.
Communicate with team members and clients when necessary.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Requirements
Knowledge of plant and weed identification.




Reliable transportation to the work truck (parking available).
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions.
Robust attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

Pay: $27.50-$35.00 per hour
