Job Summary

We are seeking a energetic and energetic Counter Help to join our vibrant food service team! In this role, you will be the friendly face greeting customers, taking orders, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create a welcoming environment where customers feel valued and satisfied.

Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and assist them with menu selections, ensuring excellent customer service at all times
Take accurate orders using POS (Clover), and handle cash handling responsibilities with precision
Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by following proper food handling procedures and adhering to food safety regulations
Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service and minimize wait times
Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies and monitoring product freshness

Skills
Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments with a strong understanding of food industry standards




Skilled in cashiering, cash handling, and operating POS systems
Knowledge of food preparation techniques, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
Solid time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during peak hours
Basic math skills for accurately processing transactions and managing cash registers
Experience with food handling, serving, and kitchen operations is highly desirable
Ability to work collaboratively within a team while maintaining a positive attitude

Pay: $17.60-$20.00 per hour
