Greeting Guests and Welcoming them to the Hotel
Creating & Modifying Reservations
Checking Guests In & Out
Answering incoming calls at the Front Desk
Balancing All of the Days Transactions
Running Reports for the General Manager
Assist guests with any requests they may have
Resolving guest issues to the best of your ability
Ensure a qualified manner at all times
Communicate efficiently with all other hotel departments
Demonstrate knowledge of the hotel and services
Assist other departments as necessary
Maintain a cash float throughout your shift
Must be able to work weekends
Position is Full Time and the shifts are 12 Hours 8PM-8AM each evening that you work. Rotating schedule with every other weekend off.
Job Types: Full time, Permanent
Pay: From $18.50 per hour
