Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead a team of employees
Train new hires and provide ongoing coaching
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Manage inventory, including ordering and restocking
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet targets
Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals and expectations
Requirements:
Proven experience in retail or store management
Robust leadership and organizational skills
Ability to recruit, train,
and motivate employees
Proficiency in payroll, pricing, and administrative tasks
Excellent cashiering skills and attention to detail
Bilingual proficiency is a plus
Previous experience as an administrative clerk is beneficial
