Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled WELDER/FABRICATOR to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for steel/aluminum welding and fabricating while ensuring the highest quality standards are met. This role requires attention to detail, strong mechanical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced workplace.

Duties
Plastic welding: fabricate custom parts as per client requests or repair plastic parts as needed.
Steel welding: manufacture steel tank stands, repair molds, and complete a variety of custom products.
Conduct quality inspections of finished products.
Perform routine maintenance on machinery, including troubleshooting issues and making necessary adjustments.




Utilize hand tools and forklifts safely and efficiently in the production process.
Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve overall efficiency.
Maintain accurate records of production output, machine performance, and any quality issues encountered during operations.
Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Experience
Previous experience as a Welder is preferred with fabrication experience.
We will also train Plastic welding techniques in house.
Experience with quality inspection processes and techniques is highly desirable.
Proficiency in using hand tools.
A robust understanding of machining processes and fabrication techniques will be beneficial for success in this role, but is not required.
All training will be provided for this role to the successful candidate.
