Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Service Technician to join our team. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various types of equipment. This is a hands-on role that requires strong mechanical knowledge and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
Learn all functions of all products made and sold by AEM
Perform Service & Repair of all products made and sold by AEM
Maintain a detailed logbook of hours worked & tasks completed/performed
Complete service & fabrication work orders as required
Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and answering any questions they may have
Collaborate with other team members to ensure effective workflow and timely completion of repairs
Attend Claas, Agrifac, Miedema, Vaderstad & Allan training seminars for continuing education when/if required (associated cost will be covered)
Assisting in final assembly/rigging of any manufactured products as required

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience as a Service Technician or in a similar role (5 years)




Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude
Proficiency in using hand tools and diagnostic equipment
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong customer service skills

Pay: From $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 43 per week
