Duties
Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and adherence to company policies
Lead, motivate, and manage team members to deliver outstanding customer service and efficient food preparation
Oversee food handling, cooking, and food safety procedures to maintain health standards and quality control
Manage cash handling processes, including POS (Point of Sale) systems like Par POS, ensuring accuracy and security
Train new staff members through effective interviewing and onboarding processes
Monitor inventory levels, assist with food ordering, and ensure proper food storage practices




Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to guarantee a positive dining experience

Requirements
Proven supervising or team management experience in a food service or restaurant environment
Robust background in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen operations
Knowledge of POS systems such as Par POS or similar platforms
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and serving excellence
Experience with food safety protocols and proper food handling techniques
Ability to lead a team effectively while managing multiple responsibilities in a rapid-paced setting
Previous restaurant management experience preferred; bartending or barista experience is a plus
Robust communication skills with the ability to interview and train staff confidently

Pay: $15.00-$16.50 per hour

Expected hours: 24.0 – 40.0 per week
