One of our clients is an established construction company with projects across the GTA and is seeking an experienced Skilled Concrete Labourer to join their construction crew.

The successful candidate will have hands-on experience with concrete work, rebar, site preparation, demolition, and other construction activities.

Responsibilities

· Assist with concrete pouring, spreading, placement, and preparation

· Perform concrete demolition, breaking, removal, and cleanup

· Move, place, organize, and tie rebar as directed

· Assist with rebar installation and preparation

· Assist with forming and framing for concrete work

· Grade, level, and prepare stone base materials

· Load, unload, and distribute construction materials and equipment

· Operate hand and power tools safely

· Assist with concrete finishing activities as required

· Read and follow measurements, work orders, and site instructions

· Maintain clean and organized work areas

· Follow directions from the Foreman or Site Supervisor





· Follow all health and safety procedures

Qualifications & Requirements

· 2–3+ years of construction experience

· Previous concrete construction experience required

· Experience with rebar handling and tying strongly preferred

· Experience with concrete demolition and site preparation

· Ability to perform physically demanding work

· Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs

· Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions

· Reliable transportation to GTA job sites

· Solid attendance and punctuality

· Ability to work independently and as part of a crew

· Valuable understanding of construction site safety

· English communication skills required

· Valid driver's licence is an asset

Pay: $26.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
