As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in assisting customers, resolving inquiries, and promoting customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
Handle incoming customer inquiries via in person, phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
Provide accurate information about products and services to customers.
Assist customers with order placement, product inquiries, and issue resolution.
Utilize Data entry skills to accurately document customer interactions and transactions.
Demonstrate excellent Phone etiquette while interacting with customers.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify prospects for Upselling and cross-selling products.
Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their needs are met.
Analyze customer feedback to improve service quality and enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications:




Proficiency in English is required; additional fluency in other languages is a plus.
Previous experience in Automotive Customer service or related field is preferred.
Strong Sales acumen with the ability to promote products effectively.
Excellent Data entry skills with high attention to detail.
Outstanding Phone etiquette and communication skills.
Ability to work in a quick-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Solid problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.

Must have good clean driving record.
