Pasquia Agro Services is currently seeking an Operations Assistant to work jointly with the Branch Manager to drive the success of our Porcupine Plain branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily activities and ensuring exceptional customer service. This role requires strong leadership skills and a commitment to fostering a positive work setting.

Duties
Loading and unloading trucks
Operation and general maintenance of fertilizer blending plant
Shipping, receiving, and inventory management
NH3 equipment maintenance and upkeep
General yard maintenance

Skills
Ability to work as a team and also independently
Proficient in task and time management
Punctual
Willingness to learn
Class 1A or 3A license would be an asset but is not necessary

No experience necessary, on the job training will be provided.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: $24.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 80.0 per week
