Experienced Registered Dental Assistants — New Surgical Practice
Two Positions Available | East Hills & Westhills | 3–4 Surgical Days per Week

We are opening a new surgical practice and hiring two experienced Registered Dental Assistants (RDAs) to help build our teams: one at East Hills and one at Westhills.

Each position includes 3–4 days per week focused on surgical dentistry. This is an exciting opportunity to join a new practice from the beginning, develop your surgical assisting skills, and provide compassionate patient care.

Previous surgery experience is a strong asset. Sedation training or experience is an asset but is not required at the time of hire. Successful candidates will be required to complete sedation training in the near future.

Requirements
Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) in Alberta.
Previous dental assisting experience and a strong interest in surgical dentistry.




Willingness to complete required sedation training.
Excellent communication and patient care skills.
Calm, professional, and compassionate approach with anxious patients.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety.
