Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and talented Hairstylist to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will provide exceptional hair styling services that enhance our clients’ confidence and beauty. As a key member of our salon, you will also engage in retail sales and upselling to help clients find products that support their hair care goals. Responsibilities
Deliver a wide range of hair styling services including cuts, color, treatments, and special occasion styles with precision and creativity
Provide outstanding customer service by listening carefully to clients’ needs and offering personalized recommendations
Maintain a clean and sanitized work area in compliance with health regulations to ensure client safety and hygiene
Educate clients on hair care routines, product usage, and available retail options to enhance their experience
Upsell retail products effectively by understanding client preferences and explaining benefits clearly
Manage front desk duties such as scheduling appointments, checking in clients,



and handling payments efficiently
Build lasting client relationships through excellent communication skills and professional rapport

Skills
Strong expertise in hair styling techniques including cutting, coloring, styling, and chemical treatments
Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically
Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices for maintaining a hygienic salon setting
Ability to upsell products confidently while prioritizing client needs
Excellent communication skills to understand client desires and explain services effectively
Experience with retail sales to promote products that complement styling services
Proficiency in front desk operations such as appointment scheduling, cash handling, and client management

Pay: $18.25-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
