We are a successful manufacturing and distribution company in the Gloucester Industrial Park looking for a team member who will be totally responsible for all aspects of Accounts Receivable Salary will depend on qualifications and experience.
Duties will include but not be limited to:
· Generating invoices from shipped orders
· Generating bank deposits
· Applying payments to accounts
· Issuing credits as requested
· Following up on overdue accounts
· Accurately filing all documents
· Answering customer inquiries about their accounts

The successful candidate will:
. Be able to commute to and from work using own transportation
· Be proficient in oral and written English
· Be highly accurate
· Be able to process large volumes of data
· Be friendly and qualified on the phone
· Be a good team player who will assist others when asked
· Have experience with Sage
. Have experience with Excel Spreadsheets
